Yesterday, I turned my head a wierd way and had shooting pain to my jaw and ear also. It lasted ten minutes. It was horrible. I'm still really sore in the shoulder and neck area from it. My doctor says I'm young and it will go away, but it's slowly getting worse. Excercise doesn't help. It really interferes with my life. I can't even remember what it was like to not have pain.
i just had one of the cortizone shots in my lower back and i think it aggrivated the situation more than it helped. of course my lower back pain got worse after i had a mylogram done on it. i also have severe neck problems and they are wanting to operate on it but i have multiple disc problems and others have told me that they dont think it would help. any comments or advice? let me know. thanks. vivian
