I have the same sort of lump feeling in the throat, I have recently been diagnosed with Post Nasil Drip, What I have read indicates that this sort of feeling could be caused by STRESS and I have also read that Post nasil Drip has the same feeling of a lump in the throat.
Nasil drip is not always obvious as it is not always dripping and is in some cases overlooked.
Do any of you have a stuffed nose especially in the mornings
Just thought I would add my comments in case they could be of assistance. I am told in most of these case, STRESS is the cause and getting rid of stress is probably one of the hardest things one can do.
