It is apparent that this company employs crude and unorthadoxed hiring and firing practices. It is also apparent that this company chooses to do so in spite of the fact that there are enough job hungry, bright-eyed, competent young people out there desperately seeking active involvement in the workforce. If a company chooses to be so crass and unconventional, more power too them, however, it is their loss for not going the conventional rout, for they miss out on many potential movers and shakers. The only people who would be willing to put up with such a tense brain racking environment would be the desperate and disgruntled middle aged wash-ups who, seeing the opportunity in selling fake shit and scamming on the hopes and dreams of young gullible hopefuls, are very comfortable with the fact that they are a legal and legitimate scam artist. Let’s be frank, the company would be out of business by now if they were truly pulling off a real scam, the sad fact however is that they are legal. They simply choose to scrape off the few and sparse dollars that they can from potential employees and fresh blood recruits. I have just arrived back from the first day of "training" and I am somewhat in a state of shock. After realizing (much to the help of this site) that Sentura Creations would be no more gainful than sifting through street garbage for aluminum cans, I am cautious to employ anger in my judgment against them. I am sure that there are many people with Sentura Creations who have paid bills and then some from the commissions of knockoff perfume sales, but I am equally as sure that for every one of these crude and callused individuals, there are hundreds upon hundreds that have had their time and money completely wasted. I am lucky. I have a resume. I have experience. I have references and friends that are willing to help me out in my quest for gainful employment. What saddens me is that most of the other people in "training" obviously do not have such a luxury to fall back on. Be weary and do not fall prey to these over zealous business tyrants who feed upon the inexperience of youth and refuse to see any further into the future of their business than the quick and almighty buck.
