OK Successful.......I too am one that finished the program so don't try the Jedi mind trick on me. (wink, wink) I find this line of your post intriguing....and I quote
"My people know exactly what they are getting into"
There are so many levels of that statement I could peel like an onion.
Does your secretary answer them honestly when they ask if they will be doing "Sales"????
Do you explain in your orientation that once they complete training ( which 99% won't ), that they will have the opportunity to sign their name to a lease which they are ultimately responsible for, to pursue an endeavor which 80+ don't survive the first year? And another 10-15% don't make the year after?
Please save the cliche's and just respond intelligently. I am interested in your take.
