Let's see, how about false advertising, no business licenses, no solicitation permits? How about earning money with no IRS forms being filled out? How about not paying any sales tax on the products sold? You are right no scam right? How about mentioning the part where after you open an office you get to be the one lying to people, and most offices don't make it past 6 months?
