Watch out for Alan and Jess and Karen and Don!!! Alan and Jess were my regional managers and own the Essene Management office in Largo, FL. Karen and Don run an office in New York. I worked at this company for 6 weeks. I was working on my managers badge when it all happened. Karen and Don recieved an e-mail from a girl I apparently trained that said the job was a Scam and that a trainer unknowingly made her open her eyes and then she wrote thanks Tami. That's me!! Well, due to this e-mail they fired me. Obviously this wasn't the real reason!! Natalie, a girl from the New York office told Karen and Don that I was disloyal to my promoting owners. What she forgot to tell them was how she was disloyal to hers. She told me that my owners were doing everything wrong and that she was going to tell Karen and don that that may be the reason Alan and Jess weren't retaining people. She also told me that when she's done with training she wsa going to break off of her region and do things her way so that she wouldn't have to go through Karen and Don. How would I know this if she didn't tell me. The other girl in my car would back me up. All I said was that my owner talks about herself a lot which is discouraging to the new people. Is that really disloyalty? No, because that's not the real reason they fired me!! All of this drama happened a while ago and they just now fired me. You figure it out. Whose the real weak piece of shit that can't be honest? I promise it's not me!!!
