You do not have to be bad to get kicked out all you have to be is too smart and ask too many questions. I know this operation very well. I not only sold for them but also became an office assistant bacause everyone left the company and the president/ scam artist JOSH STARKS was left to finned for hisself. Some how he conned me into staying there and helping him out. He told me not to give 2nd interviews to smart, qualified people because they would ask to many questions, Which meant they would figure out the truth.
He told me to lie to people if they ask if this was sales and if they would have to be saleing.
I watched him kick people out of interviews because of asking questions. He would tell them they were being negitive and tell them to leave.
After completely understanding this arrangement, after watching the disrespect for people, watching him cuss people for not selling because their kid was sick and saying their kids should come second and sentura came first. I could go on and on. needless to say I got the hell out of there. I was on the verge of bankruptcy my self because even though I was working in his office for 8am-6pm for FREE, he still expected me to go out after leaving the office and sell while he went to his condo. Just to keep from hearing him be-little me I would buy the purfume and tell him I sold it. At one point he said he didn't care if I broke the bottles on the ground and paid for them myself, I needed to bring in money.(man was I stupid) Just let me say to all of you that are the POSITIVE,MOTIVATED people. I was once where you are now. It is not worth it. Yes, You CAN get rich but you can't be the seller! You have to be the manipulator! Everytime you get motivated or cussed to sale therefore you do sale. You just made that person a little richer and yourself a little bit poorer.
Is this a pyramid scam, MOST DEFINATLEY!
