Scentura Creations with DMD and DMG in Harrison and Kearny New Jersey are a real scam for YOung people ranging on ages 19-32.Warren the funny and all the time Curse white guy is always drinking Coca Cola in order to be High for their "MOTIVATION" meetings. Then, "NUNO" the fat one is always sleeping in that funky half Painted office and the plastic chairs in the meeting room.
I worked for this people for two weeks and they promise you all those fancy cars, a manager position, a lot of money But you must proof your self by putting 12 hours plus every day with their 95% attitude and the woahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhahhhhhhhhhhh attitude checks every morning. You will have that first enterview and then the second enterview. The second enterview is a room filled with 40 plus people and guess what? Most of them qualify for this job. Probably you will meet Elizabeth a Dark skin Hispanic female with bib boobs, she is cute but she is also one of them. HOW THIS WORKS? THE first week you go for training but at your third or fourth day they send you out to the "FIELD" with a "trainer", it does not matter if you sell or not but then the next day they will give you 6 bottles to be sold and you better do well in order to make some money because at this point "fourth day" or Friday you did not did good so you have to work that Saturday which is probably a "field trip" to meet some of the Millionaries in other branches. FFAR family friend and relatives contest is one of the first things you should do but becareful the Bottles are $27.00 but the real price is $18.00 and if you sell some you will get even promoted or a commision Even if they say " you are not here to be a Sales Person". This is Scan just check The Plastic chairs, the cheap radio, Not questions about your skills or even BS in any college or university. they want you to sell Perfume for two or three weeks until you realize this is a fraud and of course a scam. Do not get involved in this kind of Bull shit as they say, if you dont do well or if you quit you are " a weak piece of shit" along with the " I jump in big rhyno from the coconut grove, it was a big motherfucker with a pointing nose.............." song. Open your eyes and check by your self. Don't discuss this with them because they will tell you "yes some other motherfucker piece of shit who is a NeGATIVE person, just putting or writing bad shit about the company in the Information Superhighway, that is how he "warren" calls the internet". But if you want to stay and try for your self go ahead and do it. I wish you don't waste your time.
