: THE STORY OF MY MOM THE WAY SHE WILL TELL IT.

: I went to the interviews, I finished my training and actually got "my" office. Why I'm not with this company anymore???
: Every Tuesday all the "owners" have a meeting with their regional office. In those meetings they make all the owners do commitments. This means, every office has to sell a certain quantity of perfumes to remain open. And then is when I began wondering. If I'm paying rent in a building and the lease is under my name how can anybody "shut down" my office? I really thought I was going to be running MY business. But the truth is, you are an employee, a manager running an independent distribution, a.k.a. management training center. I was not happy telling people I was going to give them the opportunity to run their own business, when I know it's not true. I got out before they had the chance of closing me. Every week they open and closes offices all around the USA. Know they are targeting Europe.
: Don't get me wrong, the opportunity itself is great. The only thing that is not, is going to all the hassle, all the work, all those days away from you love ones, all the people loosing their cars, their houses, their spouses for it to end because you didn't make a quote. The company has a say "If you don't loose something during training, you are not doing the business the right way".
: Another thing is the cradit line. Last December 5 owners from the Orlando region quit. I did't know the reason. Every time somebody quits, THEY tell you they were "terminated" because of drugs. I just found out they ALL received their credit line checks(this is suppose to be the company's way to help you save money)and the regional refuse to give them the checks until they agreered to use to buy bottles. Then she went with them to the bank and made sure they ALL made money orders to the divisionals in Miami.
: It would really be a great opportunity, without all the greedy and selfish people that are running it.

: SO THE DECISION IS YOURS:

: If you are willing to live week by week, with the fear that if you don't "hit your numbers" you are going to be close (unless you buy your own bottles); If you don't care lying to people, then this is the right company for you.
