Anyone out there care to let me know what the hell this generic ugly silver box contains? It is supposed to be Cool water Woman, and it just cant be...I wouldnt give this to my worst enemy. Its so bad..Anyways Im sure I got the wrong frangrance. The bottom of the bottle says RENDITION CH 047

anyone out there know what this is? The bottle says OBSERVE L'ESSENCE..
