Some advice I often got
Has helped me guide my life a lot,
But this one I've been often told
Before I'd gotten very old,

"SPEND EACH DAY LIKE IT'S YOUR LAST!"
That's what they told me in the past,
But if I lived my life that way
Why, I'd be broke by end of day!
