Heard From The Back Seat Of A '57 Chevy
-- by Bernard Gluck Copyright 1998 -- bgluck@earthlink.net

"Don't touch me! Don't dare touch me or I will slap your face!"
"Would you rather that we headed for the park or to my place?'

"Thank you for the dinner and the flowers; that was sweet"
"I knew you were the one for me the moment we did meet."

"I think the movie's over now. Look! Everyone is gone.
I also think it's time for you to turn the motor on."

"This evening was expensive and I blew my whole week's pay.
It is so far to drive you home. At my place would you stay?"

"I'll lend you my pajama top and scrabble we can play."
"We only met just yesterday - to that I saw NO WAY!"

"You're hurting our relationship; let's give this thing a whirl."
"My mother told me what to say. I'm not that kind of girl!"
