Be Alive
-- by Bob Tucker - Copyright 1998 -- OLDCOACH77@aol.com

Are you out of money about mid-week?
Your horn won’t blow but your brakes sure squeak?
Did your wig blow off in the nudist camp?
Do you come in last, when you know you’re champ?

Does the world make you feel like a prime time jerk?
And you get no respect at home or work?
Are you reading those books about self esteem?
They do you no good and you’re losing that dream?

Well, welcome to the world cause we’re all the same,
We’ll never be perfect and we’re not to blame.
So, put a smile on your face and give me FIVE!!
Let’s rejoice and be glad, Bunkie, we’re alive!!
