I Believe

I do believe that God above,
Created you for me to love.
He set you aside from all the rest,
Because He knew I'd love you best.

I had a heart one warm and true,
But now it's gone from me to you.
So take good care as I have done,
For you have two and I have none.

If I get to heaven and you're not there,
I'll wait upon the golden stair.
If you're not there by judgement day,
I'll know you've gone the other way.

So, I'll turn in my angel's wings,
Golden harp and other things.
And just to prove my love is true,
I'll go to hell, to be with you.
