Death will come upon us,
No time to make a fuss,
No matter what we are,
Live close, near, or far,
White or black,

For then that will be my joy,

For now I am waiting,
To see if I past the test,
I am dying, fading away,
Hope God can bring my joy,
My last wish to be sent somewhere good,
Hope I have been lucky.

For today I must go,
I'll see what's to come,
When I have reached the end.

Now I am going slowly and slowly,
