What's In A Word? - EDIBLE
-- by Bernard Gluck - Copyright 2000 -- bgluck@earthlink.net

EDIBLE - means good to eat
Like worm is to a toad,
Like toad is to a hungry snake
Upon a country road,
Like snake is eaten by a pig;
He'll catch him if he can.
The pig can then be barbecued
By any hungry man.
The man may die from some disease
He's gotten from a germ.
He's buried and forgotten,
Then he's eaten by a worm.
