Handy Helpful Hints
-- by Bernard Gluck Copyright 1998 -- bgluck@earthlink.net

Old telephone directories make ideal address books
In case you're not too fussy and don't care the way it looks
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Just get yourself a pencil and you are all set to go
Just cross out names and addresses of people you don't know.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Hair gel is expensive; marmalade does it with ease
Just be careful in the garden that you stay away from bees.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
You drill a one inch hole in your refrigerator door
Then you can tell the light is out. That's what the hole is for.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

When you are reading from a book, tear out each page you've read.
Then you won't need a bookmark 'cause your place is there instead.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
When there's no time for bathing, wrap yourself in masking tape
Just peeling off removes the dirt and you're in darn good shape.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Avoiding parking tickets you might get while you are gone
Just remember you will have to leave your windshield wiper on.
