His Love
-- By Marion Guttmann -- born: 1927-- Pensacola, Florida

His tears were shed when thorns
brought blood, on the mountain by
way of the cross, His life he gave,
to save our world from loss.

Oh! I gaze towards this mountain
with it's peak at heaven's door, I
hope to reach the summit to be
with Him once more.

Each day I walk this mountain
path, by faith I'm left to climb,
I pray He lets me enter, when
I leave this world behind.
To know which path to seek, its
not that hard to find, just follow
the trail of blood, He so
willingly left behind.

"May we all, climb the mountain."
