My wife, she talks to the microwave
Because it tells her "BEEP!"
It tells her that the dish is done
As if it will not keep.

Impatient as it seems to be
To TAKE THE DAMN DISH OUT !
There isn't such an urgency
So that it has to shout !

And if she doesn't come real quick
It shouts that, "BEEP !" once more
There's hardly any time enough
To walk across the floor.

The only way to shut it up
Is listen and obey
Or else it's gonna keep it up
The whole DAMN LIVE LONG DAY !
