Kiss -- Keep it simple student
--by Bruce Baker

He quickly shared these words with me.
When I asked advise on poetry.
Use rhyming words for the ears on their head.
Cause poetry should be spoken, not just read.
Make sure what you write has some thought.
That almost anyone could have caught.
I don't understand these words I've read.
When talking poets, that's often said.
If critics have to discuss your word.
Then they misinterpet what they heard.
For if there a message be.
Make it plain for all to see.
Now to make sure, nothings ad-miss.
I'll just write poetry, with a kiss.
