Maturity
-- by John T. Baker - Copyright 2000 -- JTB8817@aol.com

When I was young,
Perhaps just two,
(Or was I maybe three?)
I used to run
When anyone
Would try to baby me.

Now that I've grown
Much more mature,
With all I daily see,
I'd find it fun
To have someone
Around to baby me.
