My Slave
-- by Walt Cheney -- Copyright 1995

Picture of Master/Slave
I've got this slave that's really neat,
One that's subservient and is so sweet.
She takes care of all my needs you see,
And makes my life so love-a-lee.

She bakes my bread and makes my bed,
Puts on such spreads that I'm overfed.
Cleans and sews and does the dishes,
Takes care of most of all my wishes.

But there are times I must admit,
When she gets into a terrible fit.
You can believe it's plain disaster,
When she acts as if she's the master.

Oh! God! This is the time to hide,
And the time to go outside.
She's inside rattling all her chains,
Shaking her charms and grabbing the reins.

I wait a while until I know,
She's collected her wits and I dare show.
Then I'm quiet and am discreet,
I say nothing to rile her when we meet.

Then I try to act Oh! so sweet,
Until I'm back in the drivers seat.
It's been going on for years you see,
Cause we're happily married my slave and me.
