Time Past
-- by Marvin Simon - Copyright 2000 -- marban@gate.net

Time passes us every day
Quickley, for most in every way
Time turns each day into night
The time to make stars shine bright.

Don't rush days away, take each in stride
Hold our heads high, keep up our pride
Don't rush time, it will come
Time is important, to everyone.

The only time that we can stop
Is the time on a broken clock
So don't rush time to go to fast
Everythin done has already passed.

Time goes by so quickly so fast
Every achievement has already passed
Time goes by so quickly so fast
Most hurts have already passed.

Let's take our time, make good things last
Time does go by, so quick, so fast
Don't get discouraged and let time go astray
Remember, even that broken clock is right twice a day.
