Should Truth Be Shown
-- by Gerald Bosacher - Copyright 1999 -- DrWryme@aol.com

To sort through confusion, full meaning extract,
then rush to conclusion, devoid of all fact.
You soak in assurance, conviction so strong,
to offer concurrence that you can't be wrong!

We veil our rejection, of concocted fact
by word choice selection to maximize tact?
Is it but cowardice, we don't dare to show
with lies we dismiss, while our noses grow.

Envy the probity of children who dare
voice their veracity, no feelings to spare.
If confrontation, seems coarse and uncouth
avoid revelation and don't tell the truth.
