The Valley
-- by May A. [Mitton] Perrement - Copyright 1998 -- may@auracom.com

Down in the valley where the soft winds blow.
You look out at dawn to see field of snow.
Then the sun rises and fills the place with light.
Making another day beautiful and bright.

Down in the valley there is a great stream.
A place made to fish in is every boys dream.
When you climb up the hill you are filled with delight.
To see the beautiful flowers in the mornings early light.

Friends come from far and wide to visit us here.
They love to visit in this peaceful place.
They ae the people you always hold dear.
It is very comforting for them to see this place.
