in the garden?
Who in mercy
offered pardon?
Who in dying
did bestow
grace to conquer
sins below?
Adultery
stealing, lying
cheating, lusting
killing, dying.
beating,
incest, rapist
even whore, dumb
sins committed
out of boredom;
crimes of nations
murderers too
yes, every sinful
thing we do.
Who in mercy
offers grace
sins of mortals
to efface?
Who loves us
infinitely
whose death gave life
eternally?
Who?
